Brew installs chicken libraries under the user without requiring root privileges. That eases the work for us, we can just require the chicken package and use chicken-install command on all packages using resources.

Attention!
It seems that chicken libraries' sources in tag directories being updated from time to time. That is not how tags supposed to be used, goddammit. Probably I should just delete sha256 sums from the formula, but that sounds unpleasing.

However it would be nice to use some sort of virtualenv for chicken, the inspiration can be taken from brew python formulas.
